Emily is a proficient problem solver. As the director of operations at McIntosh & Associates, she focuses on optimizing business processes and helping ensure smooth day-to-day functions. She spends her day doing everything she can to support the families we serve.

Emily holds an MBA from Northwood University. Through her 20-year career in the nonprofit sector, she brings a wealth of experience to her role, including experience in donor relations, program management and leadership. Emily’s transition into the retirement planning industry was motivated by her desire to help empower client families with hope, clarity and strategic planning.

Away from the office, Emily enjoys life in the great outdoors of Michigan. She loves walking her dog, Marley. Emily especially cherishes time spent with her family and enjoys reading and knitting in her free time.
